What delivery options does Shophaus offer?
At Shophaus, we provide several delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
- Express Delivery: Arrives within 1-2 business days for an additional fee.
- Next Day Delivery: Available on select items; order before 12 PM for delivery the next day.
Specific delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of the items in your order, as well as your selected delivery option:
- Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £500; otherwise, £4.99.
- Express Delivery: £7.99.
- Next Day Delivery: £9.99. Large items, such as furniture, may incur additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery by:
- Logging into your Shophaus account.
- Navigating to your order history.
- Clicking on the “Track Order” link next to your order.
Alternatively, you can use the tracking number provided in your email on the courier’s website.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is on its way, we cannot change the delivery address.
What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
If you’re not home when your delivery arrives, the courier may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour, depending on the courier’s policy. A delivery note will be left to inform you where the package has been left. If no safe place is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
For large or bulky items, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, Shophaus only delivers within the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Can I schedule a delivery date?
For large items or furniture, you can schedule a delivery date that works best for you during the checkout process. Our delivery partner will contact you to confirm the scheduled date and time. For smaller items, scheduled delivery is not available, but you can choose express or next-day delivery options for faster service.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. If the delay is significant, contact our customer service team, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please keep the original packaging, and be prepared to provide photos of the damage for our records.
