What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
At Shophaus, we accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. These include:
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna: Buy now, pay later options
When will I be charged for my order?
You’ll be charged as soon as your order is confirmed. If you’ve chosen a financing option through Klarna, your payment will be processed according to the terms agreed upon during checkout.
Can I split my payment between multiple payment methods?
Currently, we do not offer the option to split payments across multiple payment methods. However, you can use a single payment method for each order.
How do I apply a discount code or gift card?
To apply a discount code or gift card:
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your code in the “Discount Code” or “Gift Card” field before completing your purchase.
- Click Apply to adjust your total.
Please ensure the code is valid and hasn’t expired. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Why was my payment declined?
There could be several reasons why your payment was declined:
- Incorrect payment details: Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
- Insufficient funds: Ensure that your account has enough funds.
- Bank restrictions: Your bank may have blocked the transaction for security reasons. Contact your bank to resolve this issue.
- Expired card: Verify that your card is still valid.
If you’re still experiencing issues, try using a different payment method or contact our customer service team for assistance.
How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment information:
- Log in to your Shophaus account.
- Go to Account Settings and select Payment Methods.
- Add, remove, or update your payment details as needed.
For security reasons, payment information cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you need to update payment details for an ongoing order, please contact customer service.
Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Yes, you can access your invoice at any time. Log in to your Shophaus account, navigate to your order history, and select the order you wish to view. You can download or print the invoice directly from this page.
How do refunds work?
If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. If you paid with a gift card, the amount will be refunded back to the same gift card.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Shophaus?
Absolutely. We take your security seriously. Shophaus uses industry-standard encryption technology (SSL) to protect your personal and payment information. We also comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to ensure that your data is handled safely and securely.
