What is Shophaus’ return policy?

At Shophaus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging

How do I return an item?

Returning an item is simple:

  1. Initiate a Return: Log in to your Shophaus account, navigate to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Print Your Return Label: After confirming your return, print the prepaid return label that will be generated for you.
  3. Package Your Item: Safely package your item, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest courier location.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Assembled furniture that has been used or damaged

Please check the product page or your order confirmation email for specific return restrictions on your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We take great care in packaging your order, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Photos of the damage may be required to process your claim.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

How much does it cost to return an item?

We offer free returns on most items. However, for large items or furniture, a return shipping fee may apply. The fee will be deducted from your refund. You’ll be informed of any applicable fees when you initiate your return.

Can I return items from multiple orders together?

Yes, you can return items from multiple orders in the same package as long as they are from the same category and the return labels match. Please include the corresponding return labels or documentation for each item.

What if I don’t have the original packaging?

If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a sturdy box and pack the item securely. Keep in mind that items must be returned in their original condition, so take care when repacking.
